Please note: Orders placed before 12:00pm EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. If the orders are placed after 12:00pm EST they will be shipped the following business day.

Handwritten note option not working?
You may have noticed that sometimes the option button to include a handwritten note is grayed out and does not allow you to click it. All of our handwritten notes are written by hand, and unfortunately, we can only write so many before our hands cramp up. When that happens, we disable the option for the day. We apologize for this inconvenience and encourage you to request a handwritten note on another day, if possible.
Which address will you send the card to?
We will ship the card to the address that you provide on the “HANDWRITTEN NOTE” form. We will address the card to the name that you provide on the form, and we will pack the card in its envelope.
Of course, we will! In fact, we have some great blog posts that are designed to inspire you. We will also send you an email with additional ideas related to the type of card that you purchase.
If that’s not enough, we also have a resource center that contains card content templates. These are examples of handwritten notes that we’ve written in the past that you can use for your own personal handwritten notes or those written for you by our team.
