Return Policy

HeartSpace Cards is dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily work with you to return your purchase. 

*** Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. ***

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition with all original contents, and it must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied with the receipt associated with the purchase. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot cover return shipping charges for items returned. Should you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges, and we apologize for this inconvenience.

Refunds for items returned will include the full purchase price of returned items (including taxes)*. Shipping charges are non-refundable at this time.


How to Return Products

All returns must be sent back in the mail and cannot be returned to retail stores for a refund. To return products, please re-package appropriately, enclose the packing slip, and send it to the address below.

Note: If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order number, and date of purchase.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, when possible.
